يعاقب المقيمون المخالفون لشـرط الحصول على تصـريح الحج بغرامة مالية (20,000) ريال والترحيل والمنع من دخول المملكة لمدة (10) سنوات.

Residents who violate the requirement to obtain a Hajj permit will be subject to a fine of SAR 20,000, deportation, and a 10-year ban from entering the Kingdom.
